Windsor's peregrine falcons taking flight
Peregrine falcon chicks hatched under the Ambassador Bridge are slowly taking flight.
Mike Evans has snapped some of the first photos of peregrine falcon chick Twitter away from her nest under the Ambassador Bridge.
The chicks hatched under the bridge are slowly taking flight.
Twitter, the falcon CBC named, was the first to take flight Wednesday morning.
Dennis Patrick, with the Canadian Peregrine Foundation, said the bird flew across University Avenue and up into the beams of the bridge.
Patrick said early Wednesday she was perched on a railing of a building close to the bridge.
