Spay-neuter program a success in Windsor

Windsor's spay-neuter voucher program is a runaway success again.

The program's 325 vouchers for feral cats were all nabbed within half an hour.

Within two days, all the vouchers for "owned cats" were claimed.

This is the fourth year for the $50,000 program.

It's an attempt to reduce the number of homeless cats, and the number of cats being euthanized.

The city is keeping a waiting list.
