1 dead after single-vehicle collision northeast of Sarnia, Ont.

A 64-year-old is dead after a single-vehicle collision in Plympton-Wyoming, Ont., northeast of Sarnia and not far from the community of Camlachie.

A person is dead after a single-vehicle collision in Plympton-Wyoming, Ont., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) announced on Friday.

Lambton County OPP said in a news release they're working with the Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team to investigate the collision, which occurred on Nov. 7. 

Emergency services responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision just before 9 p.m. on Thursday. The collision happened on Aberarder Line, northeast of Sarnia in Lambton County and not far from the community of Camlachie.

The lone driver, a 64-year-old local, was pronounced dead on the scene. 

The OPP is asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage of the area at the time to contact them at 1-888-310-1122, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 if they'd like to remain anonymous.
