The Windsor Police Service says it's looking for a man who assaulted a stranger outside a grocery story on Nov. 3.

The incident took place just after 7:30 p.m. on Crawford Avenue, near Wyandotte Street West, according to authorities.

Officers learned that the man physically struck a stranger multiple times after an argument in the store's parking lot.

Police say they're looking for an Asian man, between 25 and 35 years old, average height with a medium build and short straight black hair.

At the time of the incident, they say he was wearing a puffy black coat, black pants with white or grey around the hips, and black sandals and black socks.

The suspect left the scene in a blue, four-door sedan similar to a Ford Fusion, according to police.
