Knifepoint robberies of Mac's, Petro Canada investigated
Windsor Police are searching for suspects in a pair of armed robberies.
On Monday at 7:15 p.m., a man held up the Mac's store at Dougall Avenue near Cabana Road. He had a knife. His face was hidden with a hat and scarf.
Police say the suspect is a white man, about 30 years old, 5-foot-6 with a medium build. He was wearing a tan jacket with a hood, baseball hat, grey scarf, grey pants and brown hiking shoes.
Tuesday at 9:30 p.m., a man and woman robbed the Petro Canada gas station on Tecumseh Road East and Benjamin Avenue.
Again, the man had a small knife.
Police are looking for a white man, standing 5-foot-7, wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants and boots, and a grey scarf.
The woman is said to be 5-foot-2, wearing dark blue hooded coat, grey jogging pants and white shoes.
