A deer was spotted in downtown Windsor on Friday morning.
Efforts are underway to capture the animal
A deer was spotted in downtown Windsor, Ont., on Friday morning.
At around 11 a.m., the animal was seen outside the building at 400 City Hall Square East, next to Windsor city hall.
A witness told CBC the deer showed up around 9:25 a.m.
Efforts are underway to remove the deer, but it ran toward Glengarry apartments during an attempt to catch it.
The Windsor-Essex County Humane Society says it has not located the deer, and is no longer searching for it.
