Children's aid returns 2 kids to Lev Tahor family in Chatham

Children taken from a controversial Jewish sect in Chatham will be temporarily returned to their parents.

A judge ruled the two children removed from Lev Tahor last week can be returned, with terms and conditions.

The kids were taken after the Children's Aid Society noticed a bruise on the face of one child.

Christopher Knowles represented the parents in court.

"I think the comments Justice Firth made are on point, they're appropriate.  And, um, most importantly, you know, my clients get their children back in their care."

The investigation by the Children's Aid Society is ongoing. Agents are doing both planned and unplanned visits.
