The footage was made public following a freedom of information request by a number of media outlets in the city.
Clips from March 15, two days before St. Patrick's Day, show Ford trying to open the doors to city hall as he leaves around 10:30 p.m ET. He eventually calls a security guard for assistance in exiting the building.
Sometime later, Ford is seen taking photos with people on the sidewalk outside of city hall, some of whom are wearing St. Patrick's Day apparel.
On that evening, Ford allegedly threatened a security guard who had filed a report about two years earlier alleging that the Toronto mayor was wandering through city hall with a half-empty bottle of liquor on St. Patrick's Day of 2012.
Later that night, Ford reportedly took a party bus from his home in Etobicoke to the Muzik nightclub, where he allegedly got into a confrontation with Justin Bieber and became "belligerent," the Toronto Star published in April.
Other clips released Friday show Ford on April 5, 2014, as he left a Toronto Maple Leafs game and returned to city hall with two men he allegedly met at the game. Ford was reportedly denied entry to a VIP lounge at the game because he was too intoxicated.
Footage from the underground garage at city hall appears to show Ford's nephew picking up his Cadillac Escalade the next morning, April 6.
Ford is currently undergoing rehab at a facility in Bala, Ont., and has been spotted out in public several times since announcing a leave of absence earlier this month.
Coun. Doug Ford reportedly told CP24 on Friday that his brother will return to Toronto on June 30 or July 1 to restart his mayoral campaign.
