Uber driver struck by stray bullet driving past fight near Dundas and Bathurst

Toronto police are investigating after reporting an Uber driver was struck by a stray bullet while driving past a fight in the Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhood overnight.

Toronto police are investigating after reporting an Uber driver was struck by a stray bullet while driving past a fight in the Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhood overnight.

Police say the shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. on Dundas Street West near Euclid Avenue, just west of Bathurst Street, after a fight started outside of a bar.

The Uber driver suffered minor injuries to his arm in the shooting, according to police.

Authorities are asking any witnesses to give investigators a call at 416-808-1400.
