Random drug and alcohol testing was approved for all TTC employees in 2011, but no employees have ever been tested.
The union opposes all drug testing, and so far, has managed to block the random tests amid ongoing arbitration with TTC management.
However, several TTC drivers have tested positive for alcohol or drugs following an incident.
