Toronto Hydro
Toronto Hydro says there are 195,000 customers without power on Tuesday.

TTC service
TTC CEO Andy Byford said the transit system is "largely up and running" after crews worked through the night to clear ice from the streetcar lines. All that remains down is the Sheppard Subway line, but the TTC is running shuttle buses along the line.

GO Transit is operating on an adjusted winter schedule today.
GO Transit
Go is operating on an adjusted winter schedule but they are dealing with power outages at stations and switch problems. Riders are asked to check GoTransit.com for delays before they head out.
Airports
At Pearson many flights are delayed or cancelled, both departing and arriving. And there is a big backlog from flights cancelled over the weekend.
Porter airlines has issued a weather advisory for Boston, Newark & the East Coast. Passengers are strongly advised to check their flight status with their airline and give yourself extra time to get to the airport safely.

Schools

The Toronto District School Board has closed all office, daycare and school activities.

The Toronto Catholic District School Board facilities, including day care centres and the Catholic Education Centre are closed today.

York University has closed all of its operations and will now re-open on January 2nd. All classes and exams are cancelled.

All services at Humber College, including daycare, were closed.
