Voters go to the polls to elect new councillor in Rob Ford's old ward
The Toronto council seat vacant since Rob Ford's death will be filled today as voters go to the polls in Etobicoke North.
12 candidates are on the ballot to represent Etobicoke North
The Toronto council seat vacant since Rob Ford's death will be filled today.
Voters can go to the polls in the Ward 2 byelection starting at 10 a.m. to elect one of the 12 candidates in the race to represent Etobicoke North.

Polling stations around the ward will accept their final ballots at 8 p.m. Residents will also elect a new Toronto District School Board trustee for Ward 1 and 2, because the former representative, Michael Ford, resigned to run for the council seat.
