The Toronto Tool Library has opened a third location in Downsview for individuals temporarily needing tools for construction or craft projects.

If you don't have a generous friend who's a contractor, you can pay a $50 annual fee to borrow tools at the public library branch at 2793 Keele St. Library card holders get a $5 discount.
The service is available at two other locations, at 1499 Queen St. W. in Parkdale and at 1803 Danforth Ave. near Coxwell Avenue.
But the latest lending site is the first inside an actual public library.
