In an exclusive interview with CBC News, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne expresses concerns about  the Line 9 oil pipeline, says she won't change governance at Metrolinx, the Toronto-area transit planning agency, and talks about the next election.

"I have said that I will continue to work in minority parliament and make it work to the best of my ability. We'll see what happens around the spring budget," she said of her government's immediate future.
