The City of Toronto's revamp of Nathan Phillips Square is behind schedule and over budget, CBC's city hall reporter Jamie Strashin reports.
And despite more than two years of multi-million dollar construction in front of city hall, few passersby know what's actually going on.
But despite the problems, the four-decade-old square will eventually include a snack bar in October and a restaurant in 2014, to go along with a new amphitheatre, fountains and green space. A new skate pavilion is already complete.
