Kathleen Wynne says attacks on Stephen Harper 'not personal'
Ontario premier repeats criticisms of PM ahead of Parapan Am Games
Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne repeated her criticisms of Prime Minister Stephen Harper on Friday, blaming him for the province's "dysfunctional" relationship with Ottawa while maintaining their disagreements are "not personal."
"The relationship with Stephen Harper has been very difficult," Wynne said, speaking to reporters outside the Ontario legislature.
"I've tried to work with him," she said. "I'm not sure how much more dysfunctional this relationship can get."

That said, Wynne maintained her disagreements with the PM are "not personal."
Harper and Wynne have recently traded barbs over issues including the length of the federal election campaign and the province's new pension plan, further straining an already tense relationship as Harper's Conservatives look to make headway in vote-rich Ontario.
Wynne has also criticized Harper for not working with other premiers across the country, noting that he has not attended a premiers' conference since 2009, a point she repeated on Friday.
Harper recently suggested Wynne's poor performance as premier is to blame for their frosty relationship, and has said he regularly meets and talks with premiers individually.
Wynne's remarks outside the Ontario legislature followed a brief speech ahead of the Parapan Am Games, which officially open in Toronto at 7 p.m.
"These athletes have devoted their lives to become the best," she said in French.
"Their determination is an inspiration to us all."
