First-time candidate Joe Cressy, who is running for the NDP, is hoping to capture Olivia Chow’s former riding of Trinity – Spadina in the upcoming federal byelection.
Cressy spoke with Metro Morning’s Matt Galloway Tuesday, saying that social justice, equality and peace are his main values he’s unwilling to waver on.
We’re headed in the wrong direction as a country and we’re focusing on cutting when we need to invest in our communities,” Cressy said.
