There will likely be a lot of lost productivity on Thursday and Friday

Cough, cough — are you coming down with something?

The Blue Jays have announced the times for their first playoff run in 22 years and the mid-afternoon time slots may see a surge in call-ins at work.

On Thursday, the Jays will play at 4:07 p.m. if the New York Yankees win or at 3:37 p.m. if the Houston Astros win the wildcard playoff. For Game 2, the Jays will play at 12:45 p.m.

Fans are not too pleased with the less-than prime time spot.

And there will likely be a lot of lost productivity on Thursday and Friday. But at least one Jay endorses a "no-work day."

But this is out of the Jays' hands. Games times are decided by Major League Baseball.
