There are more than a dozen people living in a Toronto seniors' home who can rightfully put at least 100 candles on their next birthday cake, CBC's Shannon Martin reports.
There are more than a dozen people living in a Toronto seniors' home who can rightfully put at least 100 candles on their next birthday cake.
This cluster of 14 centenarians, or people who are at least 100 years old, are all living at St. Hilda's Towers, located near Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue West.
On Monday, a party was held to celebrate their collective, triple-digit longevity.
Even more amazingly, there are still another three 99-year-old residents of the same facility who are set to join the centenarians' club in the year ahead.
