Voters sent a handful of familiar faces to City Hall, but they'll be joined by several brand-new councillors for the upcoming term.

Apart from some minor delays earlier in the day, by all accounts, the election process was smooth according to elections officials, though there was a ballot issue with the Thunder Bay Catholic school board race in Shuniah.
