Sunshine List includes Thunder Bay hospital, city officials
The heads of the fire department, the police and area hospitals are among the high-earners in Thunder Bay who appear on the latest Sunshine List.
The province on Friday released its annual list of public sector employees who made more than $100,000 in 2014, and Andrée Robichaud, outgoing CEO of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, topped the list among local names with $399,000.
Two executive vice-presidents at the regional hospital were also listed: Dr. Mark Henderson and Dr. Stuart Kennedy made $328,000 and $248,000, respectively.

Tracy Buckler, CEO of St. Joseph's Care Group, earned $326,000 while four psychiatrists made over $350,000. Another eight psychiatrists at St. Joe's were paid between $300,000 and $350,000.
At city hall, police chief J.P. Levesque made $215,000, fire chief John Hay made $163,000 and city manager Tim Commisso brought in $236,000.
A total of 111,438 public sector workers in Ontario made the latest list, up by more than 13,600 over last year.
