Jurors in the trial of Michael Thomas Rafferty were shown portions of a videotaped statement Terri-Lynne McClintic gave to police on May 24, 2009, just weeks after Victoria (Tori) Stafford vanished from her hometown of Woodstock, Ont.

On the tape, Ontario Provincial Police Det.-Sgt. Jim Smyth questions McClintic on Stafford's disappearance.

Rafferty has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and abduction in the death of Stafford.

McClintic pleaded guilty to first-degree murder a year after Tori went missing and is currently serving a life sentence.
