Questioning at Elliot Lake inquiry focuses on city 'inaction'

Fred Bauthus, former Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Elliot Lake returns to the witness box Thursday. Bauthus was hired for a second term after Tom Derreck was fired as CAO in 2007. Derreck testified he pushed the city's building department to issue a notice of violation at the mall, but and was let go not long after.
