A man from Toronto is accused of running a drug lab in Mississauga and supplying the wares to northern First Nations communities, including Moosonee, Moose Factory and Chapleau.
OPP report a methamphetamine lab was dismantled in the operation.
That drug was seized, as well as cocaine, oxycodone, fentanyl, along with about $20,000.
The street value of the drugs seized is $170,000, police said.
A 49-year-old man is facing 19 criminal charges, including production of a controlled substance.
