North Bay police spot drug deal, arrest two men
Police in North Bay say two men are facing drug related charges, after police saw a drug transaction take place between the two.
Police in North Bay say two men are facing drug related charges after police saw a drug transaction take place between the two.
It happened at the intersection of Main and Fraser Street on Wednesday just before 5 p.m.
Police arrested and searched both men immediately.
A 23-year-old North Bay man has been charged with possession of marijuana, trafficking, and possession of property obtained by crime. The accused was released from custody and will appear in court next month.
A 21-year-old North Bay man was charged with possession of marijuana. He’s also due in court in January.
Police say money was also seized, alleged to have been used in the drug transaction.
A small amount of suspected marijuana was also seized by police.
