Cocaine, Oxycodone, marijuana and cash seized by Blind River OPP
Ontario Provincial Police in Blind River are reporting a drug bust they say was worth $112,000.
This, after a three-month organized crime investigation into alleged cocaine trafficking in Blind River and Elliot Lake.
On March 24, OPP said officers wrapped up that investigation by seizing 282 grams of cocaine, nine pounds of marijuana, 120 Oxycodone pills and $64,000 in cash.
Six people have been charged with various possession and trafficking offenses.
Two men and a woman from Blind river have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking, trafficking in a controlled substance, and possession of property obtained by crime.
A man from Elliot Lake has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking, trafficking in a controlled substance, and possession of property obtained by crime.
And a man and a woman from Timmins have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking.
