Tommy's Got Talent takes the stage for CBC Food Bank Challenge

Every month, students at Tommy Douglas get together for a talent show.

Every show raises money for a charity. This year, they've chosen the Food Banks of Saskatchewan.

Students managed to bring in 1,539 food items.

This month's show raised $200 in popcorn sales--$100 from staff and $100 in matching donations from teachers.

Teachers say it's a great way to get kids to work together and celebrate each other.

This year, students appeared on Saskatoon Morning to donate their cheque to the Food Bank. Thanks everybody!
