Saskatoon police have found and seized a black Nissan truck that they believe is linked to a recent homicide in the city.

Saskatoon police have found and seized a black Nissan truck that they believe is linked to a recent homicide in the city.
Police found the empty truck, which had been reported stolen from Prince Albert, and seized it on Thursday.
On July 22, Tyler Applegate was shot in the backyard of his home on the 2300 block of 33rd Street W. Family members said he was shot after confronting a man who was urinating on his fence.

Applegate, 27, died in hospital on Aug. 10 as a result of his injuries.
Family members and police are asking the public to come forward with any information about the killing. No arrests have been made.
