A Saskatoon man has been charged with making child pornography and luring a child after a victim contacted RCMP.

Ethan Fergusson, 25, was arrested on Wednesday after an investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit, Warman RCMP, and Martensville RCMP.

In June, a young male victim contacted the RCMP and said that he had been coerced to send nude images of himself to an unknown person online. The victim's name is not being released to protect his identity.

After an investigation, RCMP found Fergusson had created the online accounts and photos of the victim were found on Fergusson's laptop during a forensic examination.

Fergusson was also charged with possession of child pornography and was remanded in custody until Dec. 21.
