Saskatoon lacrosse player Reagan Harding drafted by Saskatchewan Rush

A Saskatoon-born lacrosse player has been drafted for the Saskatchewan Rush.

Reagan Harding was the team's second pick of the draft from Lake Erie College.

"It's really great to get a Saskatchewan kid," said Rush General Manager and Head Coach Derek Keenan in an news release. "He has some really good experience in the NCAA and the WLA."

Harding was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference's Offensive Player of the Year in 2014.

The team's top pics included forward Dan Taylor and goaltender Doug Buchan.

The Rush will play their first game against the Calgary Roughnecks on January 2nd.
