Police have laid 15 charges in connection with a fentanyl trafficking investigation.

On Sunday, police arrested eight people at locations around the city.

They seized 75 fentanyl pills, as well as Xanax, cocaine, crystal meth and $3,000 in cash.

Charges include trafficking and possession of fentanyl, possession of the proceeds of crime and breach of probation.

The accused are expected to be in court later this month.
