The Saskatchewan Roughriders launched its annual Bleed Green campaign today in Saskatoon.

The partnership between the Riders and the Canadian Blood Services aims to get fans to donate blood.

Riders quarterback Darian Durant and running back Anthony Allen took time from training camp to meet with Nolan Enns at the campaign launch. The 13-year-old Rider fan was diagnosed with leukemia.

Since the campaign launched in 2010, it brought in more than 8,600 blood donations.

Fans who visit any blood donor clinic in the province can enter to win Rider-related prizes.
