NDP Leader Tom Mulcair pays respects in La Loche, Sask.
The funeral for Dayne and Drayden Fontaine held Tuesday
Tuesday afternoon in La Loche, Sask., NDP national leader Tom Mulcair laid a wreath at a memorial outside the school where two teachers were killed in the small village in northern Saskatchewan.
The leader tweeted that the he "laid the wreath in memory of those who lost their lives."
The village was devastated when a gunman killed four people, including two brothers.

Mulcair was joined by NDP MP for Desnethe-Missinippi-Churchill River and former La Loche mayor Georgina Jolibois.
Mulcair and Jolibois later joined the community members who were gathering for the funerals of the two young victims of the shooting, Dayne and Drayden Fontaine. The brothers were shot and killed inside a La Loche residence.
The funeral for teacher Adam Wood will be held on Saturday in Ontario. The funeral for teacher's aide, Marie Janvier, was held last Saturday.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the village on Jan. 29.
