Non-profit Humanity First provided pizza lunch offered to those in need Saturday
A pizza delivery in downtown Saskatoon Saturday helped make sure that those less fortunate had a hot meal to eat.
Volunteers with Humanity First, a non-profit charitable organization which aims to improve the quality of life for those who are poor and vulnerable, passed out pizza in their "Feed the Homeless" drive.
The effort was part of the group's "Act of Kindness" program.
The group said that over a four-hour period, it handed out 100 pizzas, totaling 500 slices.
