Accused Saskatoon voyeur Kyle Hameluck pleads not guilty to more than 35 charges

Kyle Hameluck has pleaded not guilty to more than 35 counts of voyueurism. In 2020, he pleaded guilty to 38 counts of voyeurism involving 25 victims. Those offences were committed while he was on probation for voyeurism and indecent assault convictions from 2017.

A Saskatoon man with a history of prowling neighbourhoods and taking intimate photos of unsuspecting women has pleaded not guilty to new voyeurism charges.

Kyle Hameluck appeared by video this morning in provincial court.

He pleaded not guilty to more than 35 counts of intimidation, criminal harassment and voyeurism.

The 35-year-old elected trial by judge alone at Court of King's Bench. No date has yet been set for the preliminary hearing.

Hameluck, 35, is on remand as he awaits court appearances on charges of intimidation, criminal harassment and voyeurism, allegations related to incidents from January, February and March of this year. He was denied bail at a hearing earlier this month.

In 2020, he pleaded guilty to 38 counts of voyeurism involving 25 victims. Those offences were committed while he was on probation for voyeurism and indecent assault convictions from 2017.
