Jordan Keenan-Quewezance appeared in provincial court on Wednesday. He is the fourth person charged in connection with Morin's death.

In another development, Norman Cardinal, 37, who is also charged with second-degree murder, now faces an additional charge of offering an indignity to human remains.

Two women are also charged with offering an indignity and accessory after the fact to murder.

Police were called to a bungalow in the 200 block of Avenue I South on Aug. 16 to check on reports of an injured man. They discovered Morin's remains while speaking with people in the house.
