Snow-covered barn roof buckles in Regina

An accumulation of ice and snow is being blamed for the partial collapse of a roof at a building at Regina's Evraz Place.

An accumulation of ice and snow is being blamed for the partial collapse of a roof at a building at Regina's Evraz Place.

It happened Wednesday at one of the barns at the complex west of the downtown.

A structural assesment was underway Thursday morning and repairs are being done, Evraz Place officials said.

No one was hurt.

It's one of a number of roof collapses that have happened around Saskatchewan in recent months following one of the snowiest winters on record.
