CBC's iTeam has learned that the Saskatchewan government has partnered with a company that is linked to a man who has been wanted by the Chinese government for fraud.

The story has roots in Saskatchewan but takes us across Canada and overseas.   

The CBC's Geoff Leo has uncovered a tangled backstory of lawsuits, and a man who is speaking up to raise questions about the provincial government's due diligence.
