Roughriders acquire DL Cedric McKinley in trade with Eskimos
McKinley spent the past three seasons in Edmonton, including 2015 Grey Cup championship
Just days after lining up against the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Cedric McKinley is now a member of the Green and White.
The Riders acquired the 29-year-old defensive lineman in a trade with Edmonton on Sunday. Saskatchewan also received a negotiation list player from the Eskimos. In exchange, the Riders sent a negotiation list player and "a conditional future" to Edmonton.

The deal marks a reunion for McKinley and Saskatchewan head coach Chris Jones. McKinley has spent the past three seasons with Edmonton, including two playing for Jones.
McKinley, a 6-6", 300-pound player from the University of Minnesota, had two tackles against the Riders on Friday. He hasn't recorded a sack since 2014.
Saskatchewan lost to Edmonton in week three 39-36 in overtime.
