U of R Rams fall to UBC T-Birds in playoff game at Mosaic Stadium
Football moves to a new stadium in 2017
There was a football playoff game at Mosaic Stadium this year, it just didn't involve the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
The University of Regina Rams played the UBC Thunderbirds at the soon-to-be retired stadium.
The Thunderbirds won 40-34.
But it's just not to be. UBC recovers the onside kick and kneels it out for a 40-34 win.

The Rams finished first in the CIS Canada West conference for the first time in the team's history.
The Thunderbirds are the defending Vanier Cup champions from last year.
Fans enjoyed watching another football contest under sunny skies.
"Obviously we weren't getting a Rider playoff game here this year [but] it's great to be able to be here," A.J. Renneberg said. "The Rams have a great team this year and they're fun to watch."
Another fan, Bill Bearman, said he is a regular at Rams' games.
"[I'm] not a bandwagon jumper," he said. "We've always seemed to have family members or friends that have been playing for years so we've been following them off and on for quite awhile."
