New trampoline park opens in Regina
The centre includes a slam dunk hoop, obstacle course and dodgeball area
The Get Air trampoline park in northeast Regina promises to be a place where both children and adults can release energy. The floors and part of the walls are covered with trampolines and foam pits.
"Kids get to burn energy and they're very tired by the end of the night, so it's great for parents in that sense," Katie Wild, the acting general manager said. "Kids just love trampolines and they love to jump."
The centre officially opened Friday at noon, and is the third Get Air to open so far in Canada. Wild says they've had a good turn out so far.
Anyone old enough to walk is allowed to jump on the trampolines. Among the features of the trampoline park are a dodgeball section, slam dunk hoop, foam pit and obstacle course.
One hour of jumping is $10 or $18 depending on age and it's open every day of the week.
