That was the decision Tuesday of a provincial court judge at the conclusion of Curtis Dagenais's preliminary hearing.
Thirtywitnesses testified and 40 exhibits were introduced at the hearing in North Battleford that began earlier this month.
The Spiritwood-area man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of RCMP constables Robin Cameron and Marc Bourdages last summer. He's also charged with the attempted murder of a third officer.
Details about evidence presented at the hearing cannot be published.
A trial date hasn't been set.
