Crews battle grass fire near Pilot Butte, Sask., gun range
Fire crews spent Tuesday afternoon fighting back a grass fire near a gun range in Pilot Butte, Sask.
Fire crews battled a grass fire in a field near the Regina Wildlife Federation in Pilot Butte, Sask., Tuesday afternoon.
The fire started behind a nearby gun range. Crews on scene were not able to immediately identify the cause.
Firefighters from Pilot Butte, Balgonie, and White City were all at the scene.
By 2:30 p.m. CST, the flames were under control, but crews were staying on scene to monitor the situation.
