The report outlines the investigation and impact on the fish population. It says there was heavy rainfall in the days before the dead fish were discovered.
In total, 1,155 fish were recovered and it was estimated between 4,560 and 10,973 fish were killed. The species of fish included trout, salmon and sticklebacks.
Testing at the Atlantic Veterinary College showed no evidence of disease and concluded they died suddenly.
A final report will be issued when the investigation is complete.
