OutTV to feature P.E.I. in new travel show Fabulocity
Show to profile gay communities as it travels the world
A crew from OutTV spent the weekend shooting on P.E.I. for an episode of a new travel show, Fabulocity.
The show is hosted by Adamo Ruggiero, previously of Degrassi: The Next Generation and reality show The Next Star.

—@AdamoRuggieroRuggiero said he and the crew felt welcome during their visit, and he believes the Island has lots to offer LGBT visitors.
"Also having the Premier Wade [MacLauchlan] being the first out open gay premier of the province, I think, sends the incredible message not just for LGBT people within the province and the straight allies but also for tourists coming here that they're going to be well-represented and taken care of," he said.

The P.E.I. Tourism Department paid Out TV $15,000 for the half-hour segment. The P.E.I. Gay Tourism Association covered the film crew's transportation, meals, and accommodations.
