Candidates for P.E.I. municipal elections announced
The list of candidates for the November municipal elections in Prince Edward Island's four largest communities is now final and has been released.

In Charlottetown, the mayor’s race is between Philip Brown, Keith Kennedy and incumbent Clifford Lee.
Summerside has a two-way race between Bill Martin and incumbent Basil Stewart.
In Stratford, current mayor David Dunphy wins by acclamation.
The community of Cornwall will see a race between Corey Frizzell, Marlene Hunt and Minerva McCourt. The current mayor, Barney Fullerton, is not reoffering.
