Nor'easter leaves snow, flooding in Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes

A powerful nor'easter storm is dumping significant amounts of snow in parts of Ontario and Quebec and causing heavy rain and flooding in the Maritimes, while another storm system is also soaking Canada's West Coast.
