Showcase of Canadian musicians at Winterlude 2016

Sub-Zero Concert Series features six acts who will be performing at 7:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday on the Confederation Park stage.

A Tribe Called Red, Gregory Charles and Whitehorse among artists taking stage at Confederation Park

Quebec entertainer Gregory Charles will help launch Winterlude 2016, on Friday evening, Jan. 29 (Radio-Canada)

Gliding along the skateway, slipping down giant snow slides and wandering through a palace of ice sculptures are all part of the Winterlude experience.

And another big part of Winterlude this year is music and dance to keep the crowds warm when the sun goes down.

Canadian musicians will take the stage in Confederation Park at 7:30 p.m. throughout the weekends of Winterlude which runs from Jan. 29 to Feb. 15 this year.
