A group opposed to the city of Ottawa's partnership with Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group to renovate Lansdowne Park will finally get a chance to make their case in court, beginning on Tuesday afternoon.

Senior Justice Charles Hackland has set aside two-and-a-half days this week and as many as another three days in the last week of June to hear the case.
