Tuesday weather to warm up after bitter cold, rain

After the cold, drenching rains Monday, we deserve a break — and that is just what we'll get.

Low clouds will break to reveal a mix of sun and cloud, and with that July sunshine, temperatures will peak near 23 C — still a bit below normal, but definitely a step in the right direction.

More sun is expected Wednesday, with highs near 25 C.
