After the cold, drenching rains Monday, we deserve a break — and that is just what we'll get.
Low clouds will break to reveal a mix of sun and cloud, and with that July sunshine, temperatures will peak near 23 C — still a bit below normal, but definitely a step in the right direction.
More sun is expected Wednesday, with highs near 25 C.
Ian Black is the only weather forecaster in Ottawa endorsed by the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society. (In fact, he was the first broadcaster ever endorsed.)
